general replay - if you cannot attend live, 72 hours to access (normal price)
7 day replay practice as many times as you wish! - available to all for an additional £5 (add in the custom tip box at checkout)

online yoga class packs (10 classes)

  • option 1: yoga class pack (10 classes) + 30 minute private yoga session (online only) £120
  • option 2: yoga class pack (10 classes) £90

class packs & packages are valid for 90 days, no refunds, transfers or extensions. only for online classes (live/replay), cannot be used for workshops or special events. private yoga session for 1 person only and not available for those with private yoga packages. payment to be made by bank transfer please email and let me know which option you would like

yin yoga

a passive practice holding poses for several minutes to release connective tissue (tendons, ligaments, fascia) thereby facilitating more ease in the body and greater range of movement

combined with meditative practices, it's the perfect way to unwind body, heart and mind
