there are times my life has taken inexplicable twists and turns, but when i sat down in contemplation the common thread driving me was clear:
a strong movement towards healing and transformation
guided by this energy i have spent my life seeking practices to help me find more freedom and ease in my body, heart and mind

about me
formerly a professional dancer in the UK and abroad, i have always had an interest in the body. during the ‘90s i started studying massage and used my knowledge to heal an undiagnosed condition that severely impacted my life
my yoga journey began in 2005 but truly started four years later when my life was in chaos - i somehow returned to the practice and discovered that when imbued with the philosophical teachings, yoga could provide great comfort and help me navigate the tricky waters of life
in 2014, i started to explore how my mind and thinking was affecting my experience of life and ventured into coaching. i learnt how to rewire limiting beliefs that were holding me back from the life i wanted
my intention is to share these practices to help you find freedom and ease in yours
