my interest in bodywork started when i was having issues with my shoulder and neck back in 2000 and despite several scans, doctors were unable to help me. unwilling to just continue suffering i sought out ways in which i could help myself and one of them was to lie on tennis balls and relieve the tension in my body, something i had learnt while studying dance
with consistent practice, i was able to heal myself and felt inspired to help others by studying a variety of massage and bodywork techniques

i am offering tailored sessions online where i guide you through a myofascial release treatment and teach you how to self practice using tennis balls, just as i did to heal myself
how will it work?
similar to an in-person treatment, i will assess your situation and decide on a treatment plan
i will teach you how to treat yourself using tennis balls and offer resources to support you in your self practice
sessions will last 75 minutes via Zoom
